Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Knowledge of various hard surface floor care and carpet care equipment and chemicals

Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
Ability to keep the premises clean and orderly.
Ability to interact with staff, students, and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
Ability to manage stressful situations.

Excellent supervisory and people management skills with a demonstrated commitment to building and maintaining a strong team.
