Position Description:

The Building Materials Associate is responsible for processing customer transactions at sales counter and for responding to customer needs in the yard.

Work Activities:

  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide them with information about products and/or services;

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions;

  • Proactively respond to customer questions and concerns, providing excellent customer service;

  • Prepare and assemble lumber orders in the yard for delivery or customer pickup;

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions;

  • Unload lumber deliveries from suppliers and compare invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct;

  • Complete required documentation for incoming/outgoing materials;

  • Inspect and maintain supplies and equipment;

  • Adhere to company safety standards and procedures.


  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and direction;

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • Able to perform accurate measurement and basic calculations;

  • Physically able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;

  • Punctual and reliable;

  • High School Diploma or GED;

  • Physical Work Requirements:
    exerting up to 50 lbs. of force regularly;

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating equipment;

  • Regular exposure to the elements;

  • Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.

We're looking for a self-motivated Health Information Analyst to join our team. The Health Information Analyst will be responsible maintaining the integrity of the master patient index and synchronizing data across multiple applications throughout the organization. Your day to day role will include: * Identifies, researches, and corrects data integrity issues within the Master Patient Index (MPI). * Communicates MPI data integrity issues to all impacted ancillary departments. * Analyzes medical records for legal health record deficiency. * Audits accuracy of electronic and manual entry and resolves any discrepancies of data. * Serves as a liaison to physicians and other medical support staff to facilitate accurate health information. * Audits electronic health records for accuracy and deficiency. * Assists with the daily operations of the department and departmental related projects and processes. * Other duties as assigned.
