Building Manager

Description

Under general supervision the Building Manager oversees all aspects of building operations.

This is a seasonal position.

Examples of Duties

• Responsible for opening and closing the facility and coordinating keys.
• Oversees special events. Coordinates set up and take down of equipment.
• Assists with the overall administration of facility operations and events.
• Greets all visitors.
• Monitors all areas of the facility for usage, participant behavior and security.
• Enforces regulations concerning facility use.
• Provides information to patrons.
• Oversees custodial duties and maintenance.
• Responds to emergencies.

Experience and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

OR

• 6 months work experience in sports management.

Certificates and Licenses Required

• Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid certification required within sixty (60) days of employment.
