Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Building Maintenance Technician for a project located in Wilton, C T. This is a full-time opportunity and the pay rate is $24-31/hour based on experience and skill level.If you are a Building Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Preventative maintenance

• Complete repairs

• Complete general maintenance

• Document activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years mechanical experience

• Minimum of 3-4 years maintenance experience

• Must have valid drivers license

• Must be able to comprehend and execute instructions and memos
