Building Maintenance Technician

Overview Building Maintenance Technician Current work hours: 08:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m. (Subject to change with notice). Current Work Week: Monday through Friday (Some Weekend work to support Projects). Full time and Full on-site.

Responsibilities Preventive maintenance on building equipment Comply with all plant safety and work rules Trained and Licensed operation on a Genie Boom and Scissors Lift Work productively without direct supervision Properly maintain/administer parts supply system and PM system Proper attitude towards Quality, Safety, and Overall Productivity, including that of a team player. Must work well with others and accept responsibility for work performed Leave an area better than you found it Training classes/seminars in and out of plant some travel may be required Other duties as assigned by management Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $58,500 per year based on a full-time schedule.
