Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining buildings in good condition by performing tasks such as upkeep, preventive maintenance, repair, landscaping, handling air conditioning, heating, pest control, plumbing, and carpentry. General trade skills (painting, drywall, carpentry, electrical and plumbing) Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to follow directions and work independently Ability to maintain proper schedules Be in good physical condition and comfortable working outdoors as well as indoors and at varying heights. Strong customer service skills Good communication skills Qualifications:
