Job Description Level II Collin County is seeking candidates to fill the position of Building Maintenance Technician II. This position conducts inspections and makes necessary repairs to various structures and mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair of HVAC components, plumbing, electrical systems, and other facility related items. This position assists with the renovation and remodeling of buildings, monitors energy controls, and performs related duties as required. Work is performed under the direction of the Facilities Technical Coordinator.
Candidates must have the knowledge necessary to understand basic operational, technical, or office processes. Must have at least two years of experience in building maintenance. Must have at least six months of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency.
Must possess and maintain a valid Texas Operator's Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
