We offer training and with time the opportunity to learn high paid skills like rope access and lift certifications. Basic Qualifications for Building Maintenance Technician: Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-100 degrees Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 20 feet Clean Appearance Self-Motivated, Coachable Responsibilities and Duties: Quality Orientation Exterior window cleaning using long poles, ladders, and water-fed poles. Interior window cleaning.

Pressure washing Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. Preferred (but not required) Skills: Window Cleaning Experience Hours:

Approx. 6:30 am 5:30 pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Compensation: Earning potential starts off at up to $700-850 per week for training depending on experience and qualifications.
