Our client in Media is hiring a Building Maintenance Mechanic This is a DIRECT HIRE/PERMANENT position Details for Building Maintenance Mechanic: Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:30AM to 4:30PM Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr Fantastic medical, dental, eye benefits, vacation time, 401(K) offered Job Responsibilities & Description for Building Maintenance Mechanic:

Daily repairs and general maintenance in areas of plumbing and electrical General commercial building repairs, heating, and cooling minor repairs Job Requirements for Building Maintenance Mechanic: Good attitude and customer service skills High School Diploma or equivalency 1 to 3 years of experience Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must have a valid drivers license - will be driving a company car Must be able to manipulate a 30' extension ladder.
