Provides assistance and advice to facilities administrators, Facilities Management and Construction department staff and consultants regarding issues related to building information, architecture, and engineering. Develops, and designs projects including renovations and new structure. Provides technical solutions under the supervision of an architect.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction or completion of bachelor's degree within 1 year of hire.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction field.

Knowledge of building construction techniques and documentation, drafting tools and drawing reproduction equipment.

Good communicative skills.

Utilization of Revit and AutoCAD, with ability to prepare basic drawings and other documents from schematic sketches to construction documents.

Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with good organizational skills and judgment.

Knowledge of the building and life safety codes.

Ability to utilize web-based facility management software conducive to the building floor plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years with a healthcare focus.

LEED Green Associate accreditation.

The Ambulatory Health Information Management Coordinator III completes quality checks on daily work completed by HIMS coordinators. This will include current HIMS mission partners. They will work as a liaison with physician offices to verify all HIMS staff processes patient records accurately. The Ambulatory Health Information Management Coordinator will also need to maintain spreadsheets for reporting as required. The Coordinator III will make recommendations and work with the Director and Supervisors to increase operational efficiency. They will assist other mission partners in duties as assigned while monitoring staff adherence to all policies & procedures and informs the Supervisor / Director of any concerns. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED ROC000575 1 year computer experience in an educational or professional setting. Typing skills of 35 words per minute. Excellent positive communication and interpersonal skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate flexibility with an ever-changing department. Self-directed, motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to assess the effectiveness of departmental processes and procedures and to recommend improvements to all levels of staff, including leadership. Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations as applied to medical records and patient care. Medical terminology and knowledge of physician office medical records. Excellent proof reading, accuracy, and attention to detail. Strong critical thinking skills.
