We are seeking a Facilities/Landscaper Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of a prestigious condominium in Palm Beach. The Building & Grounds Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the entire property. This role requires expertise in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and various pumps, motors, and ancillary equipment, including swimming pool and spa equipment. Knowledge of Florida plants and horticulture is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, adept at troubleshooting and motivating their team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on building maintenance and groundskeeping.

• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and working with various pumps, motors, and ancillary equipment.

• Knowledge of Florida plants and horticulture is desirable.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at a high level.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, ensuring they comply with safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of maintenance staff.

• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring efficiency and minimal disruption to residents.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Manage supplies and inventory for building maintenance and grounds keeping.

• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as necessary.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in facility management.

• Provide exceptional customer service and prompt response to resident inquiries and concerns.
