Position Summary
This individual will support the facilities and corporate services needs for Chord Energy offices in North Dakota. This individual must be driven to problem solve and address expansion and maintenance needs to our office facilities while providing quality service to internal client base. This position will be based out of the Williston, North Dakota office. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Salary and level commensurate with experience.
Essential Job Functions
Identify and oversee facilities related needs and daily operations functions
Maintain a high quality overall appearance of the properties and buildings while ensuring daily maintenance providing a clean, safe and professional environment
Coordinate maintenance/repair services on a timely basis for any and all buildings and properties including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire detection/protection, access controls, security, roads, fencing, drainage, janitorial, landscaping and waste removal
Work with Houston Corporate Services and Field Management regarding building expansion and retro-fit projects
Collaborate with architects, general contractors/subs, and corporate support groups regarding design and development of building expansion and retro-fit projects
Coordinate and assist with office moves
Participate in the evaluation and selection of office furniture items; Responsible for ordering and installation of furniture as well as coordination of repairs
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for various office equipment (i.e. postage meter, copiers, vending, etc.)
Supervise Office Coordinators in ND Field offices
Lead, coach and train a team of Office and Facilities Coordinators
Manage and coordinate all general office services (i.e. intake and distribution of mail, ordering supplies, stocking kitchens and copy areas, managing copiers, equipment purchases and rental agreements, coordinating employee and visitor ID cards, access control to buildings/facilities, etc.)
Maintain vendor contact list
Prepare offices for new hires
Review and code invoices to be approved by Houston Corporate Services Manager while working within a set budget for all building & facility expenses
Coordinate holiday parties and town halls at all offices and assist with coordination of other office events, as needed

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Ability to travel to all office locations
Must be at least 21 years old for Company motor vehicle insurance
Excellent written and oral skills
Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a variety of areas including facility services, employee supervision and development, and project management
Ability to lead diverse and distant teams through change and organizational transformation
Possess sound negotiating skills
Ability to plan and lead projects to successful conclusion
Ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit and walk extensively, vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Facility design and construction experience
Oil and gas industry experience
