TRC is seeking an Building Envelope Consultant for the Dallas/Arlington, TX area.


  • Will perform masonry, curtain wall, faade, roofing, and window design, inspection and testing.

  • Forensic investigation, historic preservation, beneficial re-use and project oversight.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Interact between client and contractors.

  • Work with regulatory agencies.

  • Read project specifications and drawings

  • Prepare reports.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Prior seller-doer and management experience with 10-15 years of progressive successful career growth required.

  • Industry Registration/Licensure (RRO, RRC, RWC, PE, SE, NCARB, AIA, etc.) preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is desired

  • Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification is preferred.

  • Must be able to read project specifications and drawings.

  • Must be a good communicator and a team player.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.

The Cash Management Consultant Sr (CMC Sr) is responsible for identifying, proposing and delivering appropriate Cash Management products and solutions to customers and prospects. The CMC Sr plays a key role in the field organization by leveraging their expert knowledge of Cash Management products, policies and processes. Customers and prospects as well as Business Relationship Managers look to the CMC Sr to be their trusted Cash Management advisor. The CMC Sr strives to deliver an exceptional client experience while mitigating risk. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (In order of Importance) * Works with business relationship managers to drive the development of new profitable Cash Management business while maintaining and growing the existing portfolio. * Serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging expert knowledge, to recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank. * Builds collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned relationship managers. Manages customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables. Experience/Knowledge and Competencies Experience / Knowledge: * Seven + years experience in Cash Management Marketing or related business experience * Seven + years of Cash Management expert product/solution knowledge * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field * Certified Treasury Professional certified or has ability to obtain certification Competencies * Relationship Building – Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners. Ability to influence those outside of direct management control. * Marketing Expertise – Ability to leverage expert knowledge to proactively and creatively present solutions to clients and prospects. * Business Acumen – Ability to understand the overarching Cash Management business environment both internally and externally.
