Building And Maintenance Assistant / Entry Level

Under the direction of the Building and Maintenance Supervisor, the Building and Maintenance Assistant performs duties to maintain facilities and grounds.

• Perform maintenance on buildings, facilities, and grounds.
• Perform cleaning and general upkeep of facilities and grounds.
• Run miscellaneous errands ex. hardware store, etc.
• Maintain all necessary safety inspection reports, maintenance logs, and files with training.
• Comply with all quality, safety, and sanitation regulations with training.
• Complete special projects as assigned with training.

Education and/or Experience Preferred:

• High School graduate or GED desired

Other Skills/Abilities:

• Motivated and highly organized
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good communications skills
