This position is located at the Joint Force Headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK.
Positions in this job family are assigned responsibilities related to data collection, input, analysis, and advising the program manager (CFMO) of the Master Cooperative Agreement on future requirements, programming, and funding development.
Coordinate with contractors for Builder data collection and validate the data collections. Fully implement the Builder Sustainment Program in Calendar Year 2022 (CY2022). Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on the Builder Sustainment Program and train respective personnel in the CFMO on the program.
Produce, in coordination with the Chief, Planning and Programming (CFMO), Annual Work Plans to generate sustainment funding.
Assists in data collection efforts for the ISR-Installation module by conducting facility inspections of the Real Property Inventory of the Oklahoma Army National Guard (OKARNG). Inputs/validates data to ensure facility ratings are correct.
Supervises and assists the program manager in the collection, input, and analysis of ISR-Services performance data, pacing measures, fulltime equivalents (FTE's) and resources.
Responsible for data collection and input into the ISR Mission Capacity module to accurately depict training capabilities of the Camp Gruber Training Center.
Responsible for accuracy, quality and timeliness of data input into the ISR. Perform trend analysis to provide products, reports and graphical representations to assist the CFMO in the decision making process.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree and one year of professional or technical administrative an equivalent combination of education and experience

This is a full-time unclassified state position with full state retirement and health, dental, life, and disability insurance for the employee. The employee receives a benefit allowance to assist with insurance cost. Annual leave of 10 hours per month and sick leave of 10 hours per month begin accruing immediately.
