To communicate to the crew you are working with and promote good manufacturing practices at all times as laid out in the Standard Operating Procedures.

You will be assertive in supporting and communicating with your lead and or manager in order to fulfill all of the above
You will need to promote teamwork as you set up and build all types of doors that come down your line.
You will have the ability to and be required to perform on all tables
To maintain a clean, safe & organized areas at all times.
To maintain productivity at an acceptable standard based on the product running at any given time.
Responsible for reading tickets and stocking carts to match the tickets. Manage the cart Kanban area. Supply correctly stocked carts to all lines in a pace in which to keep up with a production team.
Follow established company safety policy and procedure
Read production schedule, pick lists, product codes and batch tickets
Know door material (stiles, rails, skin, core, lock block) locations in the Kanban
Work closely with leads and build lines
Distinguish and report defect or reject material.
Support the PUR line as needed
You are required to learn this position fully within 90 days. 30, 60 and 90 day evaluations will take place to ensure your progress is on target.
