Builder Investment Coordinator

Essential Functions/Job Duties

  • Manage, track and measure builder contract incentives Extensive spreadsheet calculations of sales, costs, margins, expenses and profit

  • Data interpretation of product usage and profit data provide feedback and caution when necessary

  • Maintain calendar/schedule of current submissions

  • Insure requests are received, processed and paid in a timely manner

  • Accrual reporting

  • Professional communication with Customers, Sales Representatives, Builder Sales Managers and internal departments

  • Administrative support as necessary to meet department needs

Educational Background/Specific Work Experiences/Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills both verbal & written

  • Ability to read and understand contract language

  • Strong computer aptitude including proficiency with Microsoft Office w/Intermediate or better Excel P21

  • Proficiency in basic financial calculations to measure profitability and presenting basic financial information in relation to contract/distributor performance. Knowledge of general business processes and documents such as invoices, credits, sales orders, and vouchers

  • Problem solver with the ability to multi-task to meet required deadlines timely and accurately

  • Positive attitude with the willingness to assist others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
