Responsible for clearing the tables in the dining area, ensuring that they are clean and set at all times.
Removes dirty dishes from dining tables, and wipes down tables.
Transports dirty dishes and silverware to kitchen, pushing a cart weighing up to 100 pounds, up and down a ramp.
Sorts clean silverware from kitchen and stocks the wait stations.
Stocks the wait station with glasses and other essentials as directed.
Stocks plates in the buffet serving area.
Cleans floors in the buffet.
Assists the wait staff as directed.
Stacks trays properly.
Properly unloads dishes, racks glasses, places cutlery into soaking pan.
Restocks side stands with supplies.
Fills the ice bin.
Change kegs, soda boxes and C02 tanks as directed.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
Follows all relevant policies and procedures.
Complies with the company's recycling program standards.
Must possess good communication skills.
Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate uniform.
Must be able to handle pressure during peak business periods.
