Budget/Quality Assurance Analyst

Kearney & Company is seeking a Budget/Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Serve as a budget analyst in the installation's budget office, performing a variety of budget functions involving the formulation, execution, and/or analysis of budgets and economic and cost analysis studies for substantive programs and support activities.

• Supports the development of programming and financial planning justification and documentation for inclusion into the wing financial plan.

• Performs budget formulation involving the preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates for assigned organizations/programs into a consolidated budget request.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from accredited university/college or combination of relevant experience in lieu of education

• 5 years minimum experience performing comptroller functions

• Skilled in MS Office Suite

• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g. GFEBS, DEAMS, RMOnline, ODS, cPROBE, CRIS)

• Experience supporting, administering and reporting upon fiscal quality assurance programs as performed by the Army, Air Force, Joint Staff, NGB, and OSD

• Experience working with National Guard financial management processes

• Experience communicating with senior military or defense officials

• Preparing and presenting executive level documents and materials

• Skilled in Advana, database and data analysis applications

• Active Secret security clearance

• CDFM or DoD FM Certification
