Our dynamic and rapidly expanding firm is seeking a passionate and driven Consulting Budgeting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed budgetary analysis and providing strategic financial advice to top-tier clients. You will be at the forefront of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, playing a critical role in shaping the financial future of our clients.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an energetic team of professionals in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of client budgets. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, assess financial performance, and make appropriate recommendations.

Work closely with clients to develop financial forecasts and set budgetary goals. Provide strategic financial advice to clients based on detailed budgetary analysis. Collaborate with various teams to ensure budgets align with corporate strategies and objectives.

Prepare and present detailed reports on budget proposals and financial plans. Monitor spending to ensure it remains within budget, identifying any discrepancies and implementing corrective measures. Provide training and guidance to clients on budget management and financial planning.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification (such as CFA or CPA) is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a budget analyst, budget and financial planning manager, budget manager, non-profit financial planning and analysis manager, non-profit finance manager, or finance manager.

Proficient in budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong knowledge of finance principles and accounting procedures. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proficient in various financial software and applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
