IAI is seeking a Budget Execution Analyst to provide Financial Support services to the Program Manager/COTR for a large DoD program. This position is the go to person for program daily status and interactions with the customer Division Group Chief, PM/COTR, CO, the contractor PM, and the Program Control/Finance group.

Duties include:

Coordinate with mission partners on funding for the program

Prepare acceptance packages for Funds From Others

Write Interagency Agreements and monitor progress through review/signature

Prepare documentation for ECPs

Review proposals and draft technical evaluations for the PM/COTR

Review contract mods

Prepare CAPCO form for each contract modification

Track funds commitments, obligations and expenditures

Review contractor CFSR

Review contractor invoice

Prepare input to Directorate Program Reviews

Prepare spend plan

Update Statement of Work as needed

Draft input to award fee assessment (if award fee contract)

Participate in Program Management Reviews, Engineering Design Reviews and Stakeholder Reviews

Participate in planning for source selection activities to include the J&A process, CDRL and SOW development, market research, fact-finding analysis, award fee plan, etc.

Perform advisory role for source selection to include reviewing proposals, BOEs, etc.

Candidates are expected to professionally interact with the Program Manager/COTR, Program Control, Contracts, Mission partners, Developer (contract) team, and senior Directorate leaders in person and in writing. Candidates must be comfortable working with and protecting source selection sensitive information and should be familiar with various funding and expenditure types (R&D, O&M).

Education: The candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in a business related field.

Experience: The ideal candidate has a minimum of eleven (11) years or more experience in budget execution.

You will lead the business strategy model and support the Vice President in the day to day management of the GEH organization. The Chief of Staff handles the leadership rhythm for the GEH management team and actively engages across the organization. Specifically, around initiatives to drive and empower our sales, services, and delivery teams to lead partners and customers through digital transformation. This is a critical and strategic role with high visibility within VMware, reporting directly to the VP of GEH. A role which will develop over time based on the current/future needs of the evolving VMware model. You will balance a mix of strategy, planning, and execution responsibilities in support of the business. You possess a unique blend of business insight, sales operations experience, BU VMware Solutions knowledge, big-picture thinking, influencing skills and ability to collaborate with a large number of constituents within VMware. The individual will need to be persuasive, diplomatic, and have proven communication skills. This role requires sales experience, a deep understanding of the field organization, as well as confirmed leadership experience, executive presence, and outstanding cross-group collaboration. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive GEH Organization transformational strategy development and manage cross functional execution amongst key stakeholders to achieve organizational priorities and maximize revenue * Key member of the GEH leadership responsible for helping drive the cadence and content for business, operational, and strategic reviews within the Americas * Streamline go to market execution, and project management of critical initiatives in partnership with extended leadership teams * Act as the GEH liaison and field requests from WPO, Segments, BU's, RTM Leaders and Americas Operations teams, mitigate disputes, and help prioritize initiatives and programs based on business impact * Develop strategy to integrate GEH into every critical business process and promote GEH successes, standard methodologies, and unique value proposition internally and externally * Stand in for VP and facilitate approvals on behalf of VP * Analyze business to identify key metrics and opportunities for effective execution by the Americas Sales organization; drive associated initiatives to improve performance and exceed business objectives * Engage with finance partners to drive P&L and business data analysis to make and execute strategic decisions * Coordinate staff meetings and communications for the VP * Partner with HR Business Partner to plan and drive a performance management process to create a high-performance culture and drive diversity and inclusion strategy across Americas QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE * 12+ years' experience in Sales, and leadership roles in software or information technology industry, with a deep understanding of various software companies and operating models. * Experience working in Government, Education and / or Healthcare is mandatory * Experience working directly with executive leadership team * Excellent communication and organization skills * Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across all departments within VMware through influence by demonstrating extensive interpersonal and collaboration skills. * Holds people accountable for achieving their goals * Leads by example, creating a sense of energy, ownership, and personal commitment to the work * Self Starter with ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others. * Possesses strong analytical skills and able to process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner. * Experience working with executives to accomplish organizational priorities and guide VP's and leadership teams through alternative decisions. * Strong sense of self and can relate well to other; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in time-frames, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure Vmware, Inc.
