To establish work measurement programs, develop standards for labor utilization, and analyze operational data to determine efficient utilization of resources. Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue, and improve customer services.

Monitors productivity, service, and cost performance in all areas of operations and assists personnel in implementing required changes. Assists in the development of management information systems to aid in the control and development of company goals.

Assists in providing technical training to personnel via workshops, seminars, or on-the-job training sessions. Assists or leads with projects and studies designed to implement, sound, innovative engineering concepts into operations for the benefit of the company and our customers. Ensures that operating plans comply with safety and legal standards.

Prepares and monitors short term and long range plans related to expansion, staffing, equipment, other resources, and products. Participates in special projects to provide engineering expertise and facilitate implementation. Maintains effective communication with management and staff to provide technical expertise and obtain information to improve processes and develop best practices.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline. Three (3) years professional experience in industrial engineering or related area.

Knowledge of computer systems and experience with MS Office, ms project, and visio. Good analytical, communication, and human relations skills.

The role will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and data pipeline architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building them from the ground up. The Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems and products. This includes modeling and implementing data solutions in both our 'big data' and data warehouse platforms. Qualifications for Data Engineer: * Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases. * Experience building and optimizing 'big data' data pipelines, architectures and data sets * Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. * Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets. * Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management. * A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets. * Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable 'big data' data stores. * Strong project delivery and organizational skills. * Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
