About This Opportunity

The BSA/AML Compliance Representative will report to the BSA/AML Risk Manager and provide administrative support to Compliance Specialists in their daily operations. The BSA/AML Compliance Representative II will receive professional development training in BSA/AML Compliance functions and pursue the CAMS Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Compliance Specialists with onboarding functions for Alternative Payment programs.

  • Conduct site visits (Some travel required)

  • Filing of Compliance Related documents including electronic and hard copy filing

  • Administering regular training and regulatory requirement communications to agents and monitoring of agent compliance with these requirements to include reporting to BSA/AML Compliance Manager

  • Document Management Including creation of word and excel documents from a guide and uploading of those documents to a shared drive

  • Filing of Compliance Related documents including electronic and hard copy filing

  • Daily monitoring of anti-money laundering alerts

  • Retrieving voicemails and directing them accordingly

  • Mail-outs and working returned mail

  • Additional projects upon team's request

Qualifications

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

  • Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel Skills Preferred)

  • Electronic and General Filing System

  • College Degree or Commensurate Business Experience

  • Detail Oriented & Reliable

  • Strong Work Ethic

  • BSA/AML Compliance Experience Preferred

  • Ability to Lift 25 lbs.

About This Opportunity You will be part of a team of Anti-Money Laundering professionals tasked with performing onboarding and KYC functions as part of a fast-paced Risk Management Team. This role offers developmental career opportunities, training, and professional Certification. Responsibilities * Conduct KYB/KYS due diligence on new and existing sellers/businesses, partners and vendors including, review of Dun and Bradstreet reports, confirmation of Secretary of State filings, review of Corporate structure and ownership, and any other elements required for a full due diligence review * Uploading of documents and information to databases from due diligence reviews * Communicate AML and state requirements to new and existing sellers/businesses by mail, email and phone * Gather attestations confirming compliance with AML and state requirements and update databases for tracking * Pull reporting from databases to determine sellers/businesses with missing attestations and communicate with sellers/businesses to fill gaps * Review and update agent location information to ensure accuracy * Coordinate the distribution of state notices with seller/business and account management * Fulfill request for seller/business related information as part of audits or examinations * Fulfill due diligence requests from * Conduct periodic site visits of retail locations and communicate gaps to agents for remediation * Tracking of site visit results Qualifications * College degree preferred * 0-2 years related work experience * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge * Ability to make timely decisions * Ability to manage time and organization of daily responsibilities * Basic knowledge of BSA/AML Compliance Requirements InComm is an equal employment opportunity employer.
