The BSA Support Specialist will work closely with the banker to complete RFIs within policy time-frames by; contacting clients, completing Global Radar KYCs, updating client records and/or any additional items based on the RFI request. In addition to completing regulatory documentation of highly responsible and confidential nature.

The position requires an effective and proactive individual that can take responsibility of key organizational issues; have good judgment and be able to make decisions in a timely manner; be able to meet deadlines; have stellar problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 year of operations or related experience

  • Previous BSA analyst or sufficient BSA and new account experience preferred

  • Good working knowledge of bank operations.

  • Needs to easily navigate and understand the questions to confidently reach out to clients.

  • Able to balance competing priorities.

  • Ability to multitask in an extremely fast paced environment, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and providing exceptional customer service

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to identify and solve problems

  • Effective/good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision while performing duties

  • Ability to follow documented procedures

  • Ability to independently research information to locate and answer support questions when documented procedures are not available.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
