As a Brokerage Operations Representative you will respond to email requests and phone calls from branches, correspondents and Fidelity departments in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment.

The Expertise we are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in in business or related concentration.

  • 1 year job experience is required involving general accounting functions, processing or reconciliation;customer service in some capacity is required.

  • PC experience is required; Microsoft software including Access database, Excel and Word experience.

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Brokerage Operations Representative II you will be responsible for assigned department functions such as review and approval of Street Side and Bank Reconciliation adjustments entered in BOLA (Brokerage Online Adjustment system), researching inquiries on disbursement checks and providing copies where needed; void check processing; Abandoned Property checks reissue and re-credit requests processing, stop payment processing, ensuring trade errors are processed vs the appropriate cost center, data entry, mail distribution. You are required to meet daily deadlines. If there are heavy volumes, you will need to alert your Section Manager or Coordinator so they can try to arrange additional coverage.
