Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their real estate needs
  • Market and advertise properties through various channels to attract potential buyers
  • Assist buyers and sellers in negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire transaction process

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with technology and proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
