As a Broker, you will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and support throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with sellers and buyers, helping them to market and purchase properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Listen to clients' needs and financial abilities and propose appropriate solutions
• Coordinate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters
• Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Showcase and present properties to potential buyers for viewing and consideration

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of success and sales achievements
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
