As a Broker at Windermere, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, assisting them in marketing and purchasing properties. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Assist clients in marketing and purchasing properties for the best price and terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Market real estate listings to potential buyers
• Provide guidance and consultation to clients on market conditions, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record of successful sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older
