Responsibilities

• Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
• Provide guidance on promoting properties effectively to attract advantageous offers
• Promote sales through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services

Requirements

• Excellent people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and relationship building
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Proven track record in sales
• Ability to work independently and effectively sell real estate properties
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
