Identify and develop a close relationship with Medicare producers and acting as an advocate for them internally
Engage agents by introducing the broker scorecard and actively assisting the agent on their performance to achieve goals
Become a strategic partner to the Product team - providing feedback and delivering information to the market
Manage the ongoing education of our brokers in a way that ensures that they are caught up on the newest developments at HA and armed with the most current innovations and plan specs
Stay on top of competitive developments and positioning in the marketplace
Leverage Salesforce to increase sales automation and reporting
Develop communications that are prescriptive to each season of the Medicare and Individual market
Works with Communications to create necessary group and member materials.
The Broker Relations Executive establishes or maintains a business relationship with new or existing brokers and provides commissions for brokers in an accurate and timely manner. Broker Relations Executive will be expected to troubleshoot all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers and clients, as well as handle concerns, issues and questions from brokers and customers.
