The Broadcast/Local Paid Media Specialist will report to the Broadcast/Local Channel Media Lead and will be responsible for working to support our national and local broadcast and digital streaming and additional local channels (i.e. Radio, OOH, magazine) paid media marketing efforts. You will be tasked with helping us plan and execute our paid media campaigns through ad trafficking, campaign setup, budget monitoring and reporting. You will also coordinate and communicate with external paid media agency and internal key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an innovative, fast-growing business with a focus on mass awareness paid media channels to reach our Athletes.
Broadcast/Local Planning and Execution:
Check and route media authorizations for approval then distribute to agency and finance group
Request/receive creative CDCs, format to align with creative message cadence and open creative jobs in Workfront. Review creative as it routes for approval and call out issues or corrections.
Assist with or handle traffic instructions for multiple campaigns and provide to agency
Work with internal partners and agency on campaigns involving OOH. Provide direction to agency, review recommendations and manage approval process.
Ensure media buy recaps are provided and include necessary metrics
Pull market planning (SQAD) costs as needed
Assist with maintaining broadcast-centric store list for all chains
Assist with maintaining budgets/spends for campaigns
Coordinate with production group on upcoming commercial needs, lengths and specs
Assist with Nielsen commercial monitoring/tracking
Complete campaign hindsight requests with buy recap data
Track store grand opening changes as monthly updates are provided
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing
1 - 3 Years Television (National and Local) and Radio Campaigns
