Conduct technical research, prepare design plans and reports, design specifications and plan preparations. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Foster the growth and professional development of our Indiana Structures/Bridge Section.

Collaborate with other internal teams to maximize work-sharing opportunities. Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations. Assist with marketing efforts, client interactions, and proposal generation.

Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and quality assurance. Qualifications: 10 years of relevant experience. Proven track record in leading Bridge projects for INDOT, counties, and local municipalities.

Drive to expand industry contacts and connections. Entrepreneurial mindset committed to growing V3's Indiana program. Proficiency in MicroStation/Open Roads and other related software PE/BSCE required.
