AmeriCorps Member Conference Facilitators will be responsible for delivering the Bridge Builders experiential learning-based curriculum to participants during the 11th and 12th grade Leadership Conferences. This includes three (3) one (1) - week sessions for 11th grade and three (3) one (1) -week sessions for 12th grade.

As both role models and leaders of discussion and activities, Facilitators are essential to the success of Bridge Builders. Members selected for service will serve from June 3, 2019, to July 27, 2019. Facilitators will be required to complete a minimum of 349 service hours and will receive a stipend of $2,600, in four bi-weekly payments, and, upon completion of service, an education award up to $1,252.91 through the Corporation for National and Community Service.

Members manage set-up of experiential learning and adventure-based education activities, assist in daily operations, chronicle conference experience and serve as role models and adult support to youth participants. Members will learn the principles behind adventure education and the experiential learning cycle and will receive in-depth training in the Bridge Builders® program model and curriculum. Members will serve from May 29, 2019, to July 27, 2019.
