Job Summary

The Part-Time Bridal Stylist is an exciting new role and opportunity on the ground floor of Lulus' new retail expansion in Los Angeles. We are looking for Bridal stylists who contribute to driving sales by providing each customer an authentic and unique experience. This includes fostering community amongst the team through continued education on brand, store initiatives, clientele outreach, and booking appointments.

What You'll Do

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store, in line with Lulus values

• Initiates conversation and shares advice and product knowledge to interact with the customer in a personalized and authentic way

• Utilizes technology to be well informed on events and special offers in-store and online to enhance the customer experience with an omni perspective

• Contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others

• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses

• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer

• Maintains Lulus' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer

• Supports the shipment process to gain awareness of product and customer needs

• Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, and reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policies and procedures to support the profitability of the store

• Lead as a brand ambassador, taking pride in the details of your store

• Assess Lulus Bridals styling expectations looking for business driving opportunities for the store.

• Provides store and Bridal departmental insight related to the customer experience and communicates to Lulu's retail leadership team

• Fosters ongoing relationships with clients through outreach and networking, appointment generation, service follow-up, and engagement through store events

What You'll Need

• Love for the Lulus brand

• 1-2 years of customer service, stockroom, inventory, or merchandising experience

• A growth mindset that is open to new, unexpected opportunities and challenges

• The ability to jump into any situation and roll up your sleeves if need be

• A passion for building exceptional customer experiences

• The ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
