Brickette Lounge in West Chester, PA,seeks an experienced full-time Restaurant General Manager.

Brickette Lounge is a unique and fun venue unlike anything else in the area - a true Honky Tonk Bar that serves Texas Style BBQ, with live music, dancing, and events 7 days a week.

Brickette Lounge is part of 3 West Hospitality, a restaurant operations and management group that is focused on high-quality concepts and staff development based out of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 2022, 3 West Hospitality is built upon the foundation of almost three decades in the restaurant industry.

Positions:

• Restaurant General Manager

Compensation:

• $65-70K based on experience
• $3K quarterly performance-based bonuses available after 6 months of employment ($12K annually)
• 10 days paid time off

Schedule requirements:

• 5 days per week (typically Tuesday through Saturday)
• 2 consecutive days off

Language requirements:

• English

Experience required:

• 2+ years of recent experience in a similar management role in a high-volume bar or casual restaurant
• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training and motivation
• Scheduling
• Able to stand for an extended period
• Managing 15-20 people
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times
• Handle paperwork and other administrative duties
• Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
• Manage the budget and keep relevant statistical and financial records
• Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant patrons and employees
• Communication and collaboration with owner, vendors, bookkeepers, and other stakeholders
• Assistance with miscellaneous office functions, as needed
• Reports and projects, as required
