We are currently looking for assistance across AIG Nordics to help us prepare for Brexit. The job will be perfect for students or as a gap-year job. It will last minimum 6 months; full time or part time job during the semester and full time during summer/other holiday periods. The people hired will support our business with the following tasks:

  • Updating documents in different formats and systems

  • Document management and ongoing office work

  • Project coordinator responsible for following up internally and implementing changes locally in cooperation with project manager

  • Support different product areas as needed

Requirements for the position:

  • College education is a plus, but we are more concerned with personality and motivatio

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Good Office knowledge

  • Speaks and writes fluent one of the following: Norwegian / Swedish / Finnish / Danish

  • Good English orally and in writing

Job description: This role involves working with a broad line of channel partners to effectively create and service end customer demand for our products. The applicant will be focussed on fostering deep and reliable relationships with channel partners. He/She will establish and maintain, in partnership with our channel partners, a market presence in a way that enhances the company's reputation, create awareness and demand in workplace & community markets. Example end customer markets serviced by our channel partners include Police, Fire, Rail and Air, Small, Medium & Large Enterprises, Industrial, Sports, Leisure and Education market sectors. Your key responsiblities: * Analyse the market place and develop/refine an effective market, territory and distribution sales strategy for our AEDs and Stryker's complimentary emergency care products. * Perform all activities to exceed sales quotas from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation. * Develop comprehensive marketing plan together with the marketing team to create awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest and demand for the company's products and services. * Identify and address all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic), key opinion leaders and key referrals in all accounts and reports on them to the Regional Sales Manager on a regular basis. * Further develop existing accounts to develop new sales opportunities and identify potential entirely new accounts. * Build strong and lasting business relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process. * Identify and prepare upcoming tenders. * Attend and participate in trade shows, congresses and events as required. * Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecast. What we are looking for: * Ideally proven Indirect Channel / Distributor sales management experience in medical, commercial, B-To-B or retail markets. * A proven professional with highest integrity who is passionate and committed to our mission. * Fluency in English and in one of the following languages: Swedish/Danish/Norwegian. * Qualification in Engineering (Bio-medical, Electronic), Marketing or related discipline is desirable. * Knowledge of Cardiac Resuscitation (CPR/AED use) is desirable but not essential. * Full clean driving license. * Significant travel may be required. * Home-office based.
