This position supports our Four Points by Sheraton Norwood Conference Center!

The Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center is currently hiring Breakfast/Lunch Wait Staff team members for Zachariah's. Zachariah's falls under the banquet department and is the hotel's breakfast restaurant, and private corporate lunch room (as needed).

Seeking a candidate with availability (Sunday through Saturday) with shift options: 6 AM-2PM, 6AM-11AM, and 10AM-2PM. The opportunity to pick up additional banquet event work is available for interested/qualified candidates (not a requirement).

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of la carte or banquet service preferred

• Excellent communication skills. Able to handle difficult situations ( i.e. disgruntled customer).

• Must be personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Professional posture.

• Bartending experience is a bonus, as the need for extra bartenders to supplement our existing team sometimes occur

The hiring range for this position is $7.60-$9.50 per hour + tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan, career development opportunities, free meals, and Sheraton/Marriott employee discount at participating hotels.
