Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are the warm and welcoming face greeting our guests, creating a genuine, hospitable atmosphere. As the first point of contact, you have the opportunity to make their time with us memorable, comfortable, and ensure they feel valued and at home. Your attention to detail, organization, and communication skills will guarantee our guests a seamless experience.
Greet and welcome guests
Manage reservations, wait times, answer calls, and address any questions
Escort guests to their table, provide menus, and introduce their server
Coordinate with servers and team to ensure available seating is accurate
Maintain the reception area
Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences
Any other job tasks that may be assigned
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Restaurant experience preferred
Creative and passionate about customer service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends
