Job Summary

Responsible for preparing and serving the daily complimentary breakfast bar, greeting each guest and ensuring guests are satisfied.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, standardized and full-looking manner. Keep area organized and clean, and replenish depleted items

  • Take inventory of food and beverage and supplies needed for each day. Order or purchase food supplies.

  • Prepare various food items as needed.

  • Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups and other paper products.

  • Clear and clean vacated tables.

  • Wash equipment and return it to storage. Return reusable food to storage.

  • Respond to all guest requests for additional breakfast items, hotel information, directions, and any other assistance.

  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.

  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Abilities Required

  • Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 50 lbs., on a continuous schedule.

The ability to read and interpret customer legal agreements, contract performance monitoring and ensuring that all customer service level agreements are met daily is beneficial for the position. Knowledge of customer billing, reporting, system updates on mortgage facility accounts and the ability to process transactions in a fast paced high volume environment are also beneficial. All requests received from customers must be processed in adherence to departmental and internal policies and procedures. All customer requests received within established cut-off times must be processed on same business day within the contractual service level agreement. There is no backlog in Mortgage Finance Operations. Objective: This position will be responsible for the processing of Customer facility requests, which could include fundings, paydowns deposits and shipping requests from Mortgage Finance customers via Mortgage Finance Online (customer facing website). The position requires excellent organizational skills. The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for the daily reconciliation of Mortgage Finance customers' facility funding and operating DDA accounts providing daily end of day activity reports to Mortgage Finance customers. Customer DDA accounts are balanced daily early AM preventing any transactions prior to accurate and complete balancing. The Transaction Processing Specialists are responsible for the daily management of each assigned Mortgage Finance customer including documentation and processing of collateral for routine loan transactions. The Transaction Processing Specialist ensures that all customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met daily. The Transaction Processing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, researching and resolving routine discrepancies in their daily work activities. The Transaction Processing Specialist is the primary daily interface with the Mortgage Finance customer. The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible for receipt, review, monitoring and reconciliation of 3rd party excel reporting. Responsible for interaction with Agency contact via release of interest in Mortgage loans for both single and multi-family products.
