Our contemporary hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites RDU/Brier Creek, has an opportunity for an entry level cook/server to assist our F&B department in the morning. Hours needed are 5:00 am-11:00 am.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste.

• Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times.

• Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels.

• Provide superior guest service.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.

Job Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable.

• MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation.

• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

• Clean background check

• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary.

• Ability to handle comments and suggestions.

• ServSafe certified a plus.
