The Braves Club Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: -Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward Braves Club donors in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Athletic Development.
Provide oversight of the Braves Club Board of Directors
Manage and execute benefit level fulfillment and distribution for all current Braves Club members
Manage athletic season ticket outreach and solicitation for football and basketball programs. This includes ticket sales, preparation of sales forms, database entry, seating assignments and parking as it relates to Braves Club Priority
Assist in the planning, staffing, and implementation of special/hospitality events around major university and athletics events (includes Cash Bash).
Assist athletic programs with alumni engagement to further grassroots giving efforts.
Assist in development of member retention strategy
Develop marketing strategies and marketing collateral to effectively engage others in Braves Club mission.
Work in conjunction with Advancement services to ensure accurate reporting to Braves Club Board of Directors as well as Advancement and Athletics leadership
Other duties as specified by Assistant Director of Athletic Development The Braves Club Coordinator position requires a Bachelors degree and related experience in an area such as alumni relations, development, fundraising, prospect research, business development, or communications. Individual must have the ability to work effectively in the environment of an academically demanding institution and abide by all NCAA Division II and institutional policies. Occasional weekend and evening work required as it relates to Braves Club functions centered around athletic events. Bachelor's Degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
