The Call Center Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to families who have inquired about a mini vacation to 1 of 5 locations. The Rep then offers and sells a vacation package to those potential customers based on their needs!
Paid Training at a competitive hourly rate + continued training
Monday Friday SET schedule, no weekends required
Day AND Evening shifts available
BEST pay in the industry- hourly rate PLUS advantageous commissions AND daily cash/check spiffs.
Paid Weekly hourly and commissions paid on SAME check
NO cap on commissions - unlimited earning potential

Essential Duties and Tasks:
Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests.
Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.
Participate in ongoing professional sales training.
Qualified applicants should possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
Timeshare or Hospitality Contact Center sales experience a plus
Friendly, outgoing, upbeat attitude
Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in basic PC knowledge
Excellent verbal communication skills while maintaining high quality on all calls.
Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
Performs the job duties assigned and complies with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity
Must be at least 18 to apply.
