Brand Success Engineer, Consumer Experience

About the role:

Brand Success Engineer is one of the most pivotal jobs at FERMAT. You'll work directly with our brands to triage and solve issues that affect their ability to use and integrate with our product. In this role, you'll apply your problem solving ability, creativity and technical skills to help some of the largest brands in eCommerce drive real business impact using FERMAT.

What you'll do:

• Work directly with our brands to understand and solve issues with the consumer facing surface of our product and our eCommerce platform integrations

• Implement and maintain integrations with analytics and attribution providers such as Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale and Elevar to help brands track their success with FERMAT

• Add customizations on top of our existing consumer product surface to support specific brand needs

• Solve some of the most critical problems at FERMAT and help make brands successful using our product

What you have:

• 1+ years of relevant, post-college work experience

• Strong coder with shown proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript/Typescript, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Python or similar

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at FERMAT and the brands we work with

• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving objectives

• A pragmatic approach to solving technical problems that ensure a brand's success with FERMAT

• Located in the SF Bay Area and willing to come in to our SF office (located right next to the Giants stadium) 3 times a week
