You are…

A creative and highly organized individual with strong communication skills. You're an experienced brand strategist with a connection and/or understanding of sports, sports betting/gambling, cultural trends, and consumer mindset. You will be a central hub for information of each show and custom content opportunity across Better Collective North America, understanding every aspect in order to concisely translate it into sales materials and go-to-market strategies. You are the overall voice of the consumer and client, and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across sponsored content, events, and activations.

You will...

  • Be responsible for the creation and maintenance of sales materials; including media kits, client proposals/presentations, one-sheets, wrap up reports, case studies etc.

  • Develop proactive pitch materials and support RFP responses from a creative and operations perspective

  • Collaborate and organize brainstorms with Content, Sales, Marketing and Production to develop and customize programs based on client RFP's and create innovative, impactful multi-platform campaigns

  • Identify, concept, and create/package sponsorable IP including tent pole events and activations to drive brand and revenue goals

  • Understand client briefs to build a strategy around it, and articulate well-thought out ideas through visual storytelling to bring ideas to life

  • Provide recommendations for product innovation, including new content ideas, formats, segments, and concepts across Better Collective North America brands

  • Research and develop partnerships with third parties to create marketing programs that tie to client brand objectives

  • Manage long-term projects or special marketing initiatives beyond day-to-day responsibilities

  • Consume the industry and competition and be the voice of the market by understanding key segments and client needs

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Media Team in the transition from pre-sale activities to campaign kickoff and execution

  • Work closely with the Director of Media and Head of Network Marketing to develop audience targets, report on campaigns, refine process, and provide actionable insights

  • Support Account Managers in creating kickoff decks, reporting decks, and wrap up reports

You have...

  • Bachelor's degree or work equivalent combination in marketing, communications, business administration and/or a related discipline

  • 3+ years marketing experience (preferably in the entertainment/media industry) - includes experience in strategy development, campaign

  • Detailed understanding of advertising and media landscape

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • A deep and genuine passion for sports, advertising, social media, branded content, and influencer marketing

  • A solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage others and work across multiple teams

  • A demonstrated understanding of both long and short form content across social media platforms

Base Salary Range: $60,000- $78,000.
