We do this by creating a safe, anonymous and supportive place for women to leave job reviews and tips about employer pay, benefits and culture. We’re growing rapidly and expanding our team.

About this Role:

We're looking for a dynamic, high-performing Brand Strategist/Renewal & Upsell Manager who thrives on understanding a client’s perspective, creating compelling stories out of data and suggesting creative and innovative solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with senior level client contacts ensuring:*
    • FGB Value is defined, understood and seen as a business imperative
    • Work with companies to collect data on performance from their perspective
    • Map KPIs to outputs and outcomes while strategically advising on account growth and expansion

  • Increase total revenue from a list of existing annual Fairygodboss customers by 20% year-on-year*
    • Develop a thorough understanding of client organizations, needs and perspectives
    • Build relationships with clients, and conduct quarterly meetings
    • Review program performance and highlights in a compelling manner
    • Suggest new add-ons and opportunities for clients
    • Renew annual contracts - with the goal of 100% renewal rate

  • Partner seamlessly with Customer Success Managers*
    • Communicate and collaborate to create a seamless experience for customers

  • Innovate on Fairygodboss products and solutions*
    • Make recommendations to product and technology team to help build new products that appeal to our customers
    • Provide input to adjust Fairygodboss sales pitch and pricing based on learnings

  • Serve as a thought leader in the employer brand and talent attraction space*
    • Research and stay on top of key trends
    • Share insights, learnings and best practices with clients and with sales team

Requirements:

  • You are independent, self-directed and you strive for excellence
  • Excellent writing skills, and strong ability to analyze data and create client-facing decks
  • Extensive knowledge of /past experience in the talent attraction and employer branding space - or the ability to learn it
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills
