Overview

Coordinate, execute, and monitor marketing programs that contribute to strategic brand plans. In this position, you will partner with program specialists, industry strategists, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful startup, execution, optimization, and measurement of brand programs and tactics. Additionally, you will be responsible for building brand advocacy both internally and externally, including communicating with employees and global distributors on upcoming initiatives and brand programs in the media.


Our ideal candidate will be a tactical subject matter expert, providing specialized support to deliver optimal results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and tactics from start to finish by working with program specialists and other stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful tactical delivery that drives measurable success

  • Work with Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics, and the Creative Lab to establish best practices and optimize campaign performance

  • Create program assets, including collateral and digital content, that contribute to overall campaign success

  • Lead and support event messaging and execution as part of an integrated campaign plan to achieve industry goals

  • Deliver campaign assets on time

  • Track campaign progress at every step and proactively work with internal and external customers to steer activities in the right direction

  • Manage campaign activity reports and ROI analytics; be accountable for overall program performance as measured by agreed-upon KPIs by sector and industry marketing leaders

  • Manage program life-cycle by identifying, resolving, and escalating project risks and issues hindering delivery of programs

  • Enhance and drive employee advocacy program, sharing brand content across internal teams on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing/advertising, preferably in brand programs

  • Time management, resource management, and project management skills

  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities

  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's in marketing or business

Recommended Qualifications:

  • Previous program execution experience

  • Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, AEM, Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Analytics

  • Possess an exceptional creative eye

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where decisions have to be made quickly, but are rooted in data analysis and past expertise

  • Comfortable managing projects within startup-like environment (high growth, ambiguity, limited resources)

  • Capable of understanding complex technical specifications and translate those into value propositions that resonate with the target audience

  • Highly adaptive and proactive

  • Open/direct verbal, written, and listening communication skills

  • Experience working with extended teams across an entire organization to build consensus, generate enthusiasm, and present a strategic vision
