This position will support the Enterprise Brand team on brand promotional, program implementation and performance monitoring efforts. Conduct research and analysis, provide regular reporting and make recommendations to improve brand awareness and brand attributes in the market. Support development and implementation of brand touchpoints, brand capabilities and brand education for enterprise brand and affiliate brands.

Conduct and support brand research and performance monitoring for awareness, attributes, touchpoints, naming and identity etc. Work with internal research team to develop requirements and assess methods available to reach goals for research. Evaluate insights gained and propose solutions to achieve brand goals. (20%)
Manage brand merchandising promotion and operations, forecasts and planning. Work with vendor to evaluate performance of process and inventory and make adjustments to meet brand goals. (20%)
Analyze brand marketing trends in the industry and evaluate new opportunities in order to advance the brand in the market, increase brand attributes and awareness. Work with cross functional team to develop solutions and improve brand performance. (15%)
Conduct periodic brand marketing audits in the market to assess brand compliance, competitive differentiation and positioning. Support the Enterprise brand team to develop solutions for underperforming aspects of the brand experience. (15%)
Support development of brand education and training, ambassador promotion. Develop education materials, assist in training sessions and generate interest in the brand across the organization. (15%)
Support brand implementation efforts with cross functional teams. Assist the Enterprise brand team in launching new brand programs, brand conversion activities, or adoption of brand positioning in the different aspects of the enterprise organization. (15%)
Bachelor's degree required Marketing or up to one year of experience in a Marketing-related field
Additional Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Brand Strategy, Management and Promotion, Marketing strategy and marketing execution methods, digital and social environments
Experience working with or in a corporate brand department
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Enterprise Brand area preferred and experience with both Florida Blue and GuideWell brands.Familiar with Adobe programs, Asset management systems
