Brand Protection Analyst

Epson is a global technology company at the forefront of technological revolutions in imaging, robotics, precision machinery and electronics.

The Brand Protection Analyst is responsible for monitoring online marketplaces, social media platforms and websites to identify non-compliant resellers, potential counterfeit products and other Brand Protection related violations for the North and Latin Americas regions.

This position is 100% remote.

What you will be doing:

• Identifies genuine listings on key marketplaces and works with internal teams and marketplaces to remove duplicate listings for genuine Epson products created by third parties

• Assists with cleaning up product categories on key marketplaces where Epson sells directly

• Initiates takedown requests using third-party monitoring tools and marketplace complaint systems

• Identifies high-value targets for further investigations

• Collects evidence related to infringing and counterfeit activity

• Conducts scrapes to identify unauthorized resellers on marketplaces included in the Unauthorized Reseller Programs and updates tracking reports accordingly for internal teams and outside counsel

• Reports Brand Protection activities to the team on a monthly basis

• Maintains records and dockets regarding enforcement efforts

• Assists with creating reporting and presentations

• Versed in navigating online marketplaces and has understanding of online operations

• Desire to learn and develop new skills

• Microsoft Office experience, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• 2-3 years experience trademark and/or counterfeit experience preferred

• Completion of a 2-year program at a community college, technical or commercial school, or equivalent experience.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $66,950 and $87,872. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
