Develop, execute and communicate strategic merchandise financial plans focused around the seasonal commercial plan
Collaborate with merchandising to develop and communicate comprehensive strategy that aligns to future financial product opportunities
Protecting Key product attributes through Franchise exclusives
Protecting market nuances, such as Reverse seasonality and Hot Markets year around
Participate in internal and external cross functional meetings and presenting out product level financials and identifying risks and opportunities
Identify and set financial product benchmarks and guardrails at partner level each season
Influence partner seasonal investments and sign off partner investment reviews
Development process and tools
Strong Analytical Skills
Able to prioritize workload and time manage
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
Comfortable in presenting to multiple audiences (Execute leadership, Franchisee facing and Global teams)
Advanced Excel skills
Being able to Travel
Minimum of 5-7 years of merchandise planning/buying experience
Bachelor Degree required
