As a Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving Misfits Markets' growth through a variety of brand building efforts - partnering with like-minded companies, creating promotional campaigns, and generally raising consumer awareness for Misfits.

  • You are a decisive, executor who can move rapidly in a demanding startup environment
  • You have experience creating large-scale marketing campaigns and working with partner brand/organizations
  • You have a strong creative side and can think outside of the box for marketing strategy
  • You can work in a cross-functional team environment and liaison with engineering, design, and operations alike.
  • You have excellent written communication skills, know how to receive and deliver constructive criticism, and work well in an agile team.

Job Description: As a Brand Partnerships Associate Manager at HelloFresh, you will play a central role in further strengthening the HelloFresh brand by identifying, securing, negotiating, and executing on diverse partnership opportunities. In this role, you will work with household names as well as emerging brands to make the HelloFresh experience the best it can be. You will work with a talented brand partnerships team and liaise interdepartmentally to ensure that all partnerships are executed flawlessly. You will ... * Drive sales for the brand partnerships team. * Develop and negotiate partner contracts. * Identify highly visible partnerships that will promote the HelloFresh brand. * Cultivate relationships with brands of all sizes that will add customer value to HelloFresh's growing product offering. * Work on an agile brand partnerships team that is transforming HelloFresh into a premier marketing agent. * Act as a key liaison between brand partners and other internal teams including Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and Operations. * Execute on partnership agreements. You are... * Motivated to bring new partners on via cold and warm outreach, attending tradeshows, and leveraging ongoing relationships. * Great communicator with the ability to cultivate long-lasting partnerships while negotiating effectively. * Highly organized and good with multitasking. * Adaptable and possess the ability to relentlessly prioritize multiple projects at once and execute effectively. * Self-aware and can work with a diverse group of stakeholders, including cross-functionally with internal groups and externally with partners. * A collaborative team player that makes everyone around you better. At a minimum, you have... * BA or BS, ideally in Business, Marketing, Management or related fields. * 3-5 years of experience in consumer products, brand partnerships, account management, or related fields. * Experience in a traditional sales role. * Experience negotiating contracts. * Experience working with or in an agency is a plus. * A curiosity about partnership models and how to execute them. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
